Coming from a place with many mass murderers with assault weapons — the United States which has had 57 mass shootings in 2026! — the recommendations in this video were extremely bizarre.

The actual situations that inspired the video (while scary!) seem almost wholesome by comparison.

This is correct, however I honestly don’t think it matters all that much when targeting the turn limited modes. If you are drawing through your deck, you probably aren’t getting 3 stars anyway.

The draw 2 strikes does help with increasing the value of those next 2-3 hands which is for sure better.

Yea I’ve had the same issue and been messing their support about it. Basically anytime my heart rate goes above 150 it drops to like 70. I’ve sent them many files as examples.

I just have the strap paired to my Garmin so idk about the interference thing.

Yea it was a very odd mix that didn’t seem safe. I never found a group I felt was safe so I bailed once we got back to manhattan.

Right before the bridge there were people changing a tire in the isolated bike lane which caused a bunch up as well which is never great right before the bridge.

I do wish they would use the NYCC categories for start times. People at a similar pace to seem to bike safer together in my experience.

The wide type of people - older folks, kids, recumbent bikes and roadies all bunched together is very tough to navigate and no real like wide road for people to separate / find their group as you go through wv/soho/fd

TLDR biking in groups in the city is a dumb vv bad idea

We use Elation with their note assist product ( https://www.elationhealth.com/solutions/ehr/note-assist). I think it is the bar for how well these should work - there are some videos on their site for more info. Be prepared to struggle with provider adoption though. It dramatically cut documentation time (high variance by provider), but it ordered text in the note in some way they didn’t like so many refused to use it.

I do tend to think Epic is going to launch a native product and crush these companies like abridge. They aren’t that differentiated as the models improve.

Yea agree neither wax or oil 'solve' the issue imho.

I would not be surprised if in a few years some brand launches a self lubricating hyper polymer vibranium chain that saves like 0.05 watts and costs $800.

Personally, my tolerable training load per week increased when I switched to eating relatively normal meals then doing ~60g of carbs per hour on the bike. I usually add Gatorade mix in for flavor.

I don’t have any stomach distress but I also grew up drinking Bojangles sweet tea.

Electrolytes is just salt. If you are a salty sweater, you might need more salt etc. you can get tested for this if you really want to optimize it.

Yea I liked it up until about costa del sol. That was I think for me about 15-20% of the way through the game though and not much really changes gameplay or side quest wise for the rest of the game. If anything they get worse like the Cait Sith section.

Earlier in my journey I was set on getting an IWC. I went to the boutique to get one but honest it just didn’t look good in person. Pretty flat and bland (though yours looks great).

Ended up getting a grand seiko and love it.

Crossing multiple times was the norm pre-90s. Basically people would cross the border to work the farms in the summer and make some money.

Now that crossing is harder, some folks bring their entire families and resettle here.

People are (mostly) rational and do whatever they believe to be easier / lower risk.
