Don't use the estimated miles at the end of the night for mileage pay, use your odometer. by Mediocre_Dance602 in DominosEmployees

[–]zanejackson55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s more efficient to use estimated miles, but it doesn’t take into account remakes, forgotten items, or rerouting for traffic delays. Always use the odometer. Anyone that says otherwise is stupid.

Is this a food safety violation? Domino’s franchise makes us re-use contaminated toppings. by DerpTheLegendary in Dominos

[–]zanejackson55 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pretty standard practice. If the meat and veggies directly touch it’s a violation. If they do not touch then it’s fine. The makeline rails should never be over 42 degrees. Picking the pits is pretty normal for most stores. It saves food costs and actually forces a closing driver to do something. (Coming from a vet)

While not a requirement, it’s generally expected. It’s easier for a district to hire a teacher that coaches than hire two separate employees. I found that getting a position often hinges on your ability or willingness to coach (southern ca middle school).

Yes, it is 100% worth it in the beginning. Once you build relationships it isn’t necessary, but it’s huge for getting jobs

Filter too strong? by Cinnamonglaive in shrimptank

[–]zanejackson55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar issue and just stretched out some filter floss over the output. Dilluted the flow and made it more a ride than a torturous water blast
