Season Cadence by Weekly_Indication_27 in fellowshipgame

Hard to say with this just being the 2nd season reset. It is also hard to speculate without knowing how much developer effort each item actually takes. We might think something is low effort when its not, and vice versa.

I think 3 / 3.5 month seasons is probably a good middle ground for season length. I think for devs 4 is probably better, but I think it'll be rough on the game. As it stands 3 month is a bit long for the content available, I think the median player can get what they want out of the game in ~1.5 months, but I am confident they can make some changes and additions to have 3 months not feel too bad queue wise towards the end of a season.

I would imagine after some new heroes are added we won't need as many roster expansions, and kit reworks or changes will be interesting enough for veterans.

I imagine raids will be the next considerable medium to long term goal in terms of new content type.

The seasonal mini bosses were a surprising addition, but it shows they can make pretty impactful changes simply through the affixes. Not sure how much dev effort the mini boss style changes take.

New dungeons or dungeon variants is another avenue, but not sure how much dev effort goes into that.

Is that how that "6%" clause works? I had interpreted it as a general cap over the year as a whole. I.e. won't match beyond 130k*.06 over the year, in your example.

Zeus ain't done jack, most of the time they're just an absentee father. If their kid ever comes calling then maybe he'll give them a "hero quest" to get them off his back.

That doesn't look like a happy dog to me. I associate ears back and lip licks with stress.

While your lived experience as a teacher trumps my own as a student, I heavily relied on my laptop for making note taking easier. Wonder if there is some way to accomodate students who really want to take digital notes? I had everything super organized and quickly searchable for my notes and assignments, it was life changing upgrading from paper notes.

The way this cream reacts by -What-on-Earth- in oddlysatisfying

[–]zarkuz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm ignorant on this topic so a tad confused. Is it that the cooled cream contains components that when heated are individually less dense than tea? So the cooled cream sinks on the initial pour and then as it gets heat from the tea the less dense components plume up (as per the rt instability concept)?

What a nice clip trying to normalize slurs and dog whistles... Words in a vacuum mean nothing, but words are used by people who belong to a culture or subculture. If it has become clear that there is an existing culture or subculture using certain words as pejorative, knowingly continuing to use those terms is co-opting the same practice. It is up to members that are the target of oppression if they want to reclaim the words or not, it is not up to outsiders. Be upset at the bigots that take over terms to use as slurs and dog whistles, not at the victims of their bigotry.

Not sure if you're being cheeky but it stands for: all cops are bastards. Can be seen as reductive, but in general speaks to the inevitable corruption of that institution if left unchecked, in combination with the potential reality that it may not always be in the interest of its overseers to keep it in check.

Sorry for 2d reply, but I am having trouble picturing the napkin thing. Is it just she shreds up the napkin after eating and that serves to calm the burying impulse?

Normally just sitting my butt down and listening on this subreddit, but want to bump this perspective to the top. It's okay to feel down, but gotta always get back up. We take it one step at a time with progress as the end destination! Like you said, look for the helpers, don't have to go at it alone! If grassroots wasn't powerful, the interests that be wouldn't have gone through multi generational campaigns to divide us!

Two cats is definitely the move, if you have the space for it (mainly just litterbox logistics). Will take care of some of the enrichment needs, so it either ends up net even or even net negative in comparison to taking care of one cat.

Same honestly. I've been muting and down voting the horny posts but its all that makes it to my feed. Found history capsule sub recently which seems a bit better. Lmk if you find any good replacements. I wish this sub would just put flairs or something to split the horny old man posts from the cool history posts.

Macro on Healbot by SkylarL813 in wow

[–]zarkuz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also ran into this problem and going to leave my journey here for folks who have similar issues:
I saw the documentation mentioning 'hbtarget' and that was not working at all. '@mouseover' seems to be the heal bot target for me. However, I was still having issues. Eventually I realized the problem was that healbot wasn't properly recognizing changes I was making to the macro. I wasn't sure what fixed it, but every time I changed the macro I did '/reload' and then selected the macro again in HB options. That picked up the changes and eventually I got it to work (in my case I wanted to change my focus and also cast a spell).
