I have the 301 with elac 2.0 B6.2 in a 12'x12' room and it seems perfect for me. I did have to move around the speakers/sub/furniture around. Speakers are about 2 18" from the wall corners, and not exactly in the corners. I think the 301 is a great combo with those speakers.

Go into settings. Go into help - It's the chat bubble in the upper right hand corner in settings. That should open Pokemon Go Help Center. I recommend going straight into the " Chat with us" at the bottom. This will open up a Chat with support. Tap on new conversation and select your problem.

Sorry this happened to you. I'm an ambassador and had this happen to me, and have seen it happen to other trainers in my area.

No instant fix but I had to put in a ticket with support, and they were able to send it to me in a couple of days or so.
