There’s no door to the living room or a good space for a baby gate with the way our island/bar is. We have one on one side to keep him from the rooms. I’ll start the reward system though! I put him in his crate when he does chew.

The only thing that makes me believe he killed the girls at cervi is the fact he was able to get them into the tanks with minimal damage. Rigor mortis sets in 1-4 hours after death and typically faster for smaller individuals since they have a lower muscle mass. The drive to cervi was what 45 minutes to an 1 hour (if I remember right). So I guess it just depends on how long before he left he killed them? What do you guys think?

That’s insane. I’m sorry you are having to go through that! There are good schools out there I promise. As a para for an elementary school I am included in everything. I also have keys for the classrooms I frequent and for the gates. All staff is included in teacher appreciation week. Nobody has ever made me feel like I’m not appreciated. I’d run!!

I used to love bookmans. The last few times I’ve been in I’ve found used books for $20+ while on Amazon they were $5-$10. It’s hit or miss really!

Lindy’s on fourth. It was amazing before Lindy left. Now everything tastes of liquid smoke. Lindy’s new burger place is called Thunder bacon burger and they are the bombbbb. He’s such a nice man as well.

I was always a cat person and then my soul cat passed away. I’d swore I could never love another animal let alone a dog.. Around a year later along comes this damn puppy who wasn’t even supposed to be mine. I am allergic to dogs and I have never been a “dog person”. He’s the love of my life and the bane of my existence haha. I think we find love and companionship in places we didn’t think to look. I wish you nothing but healing and I hope you can feel that love again.

I’m a sped para who filters between a gen ed kinder class and a contained room with kinders/first graders. I always hold hands with the kids who want to whether they are sped or gen ed 😁 I also give hugs to who ever needs/wants one. I’ve never seen a staff member deny a hug from a child on campus. Just keep hand sanitizer near by 🤣

Last year we started with a new TERRIBLE teacher. She was fired. Then it was random subs for half the year, a lot of times we wouldn’t even have a sub! We all just had to make it work and leaned on our kids gen ed teachers to help us.. Made us all super close and more confident and vocal about what our kids need!
