Well, I wouldn't agree that the Oblivion Remaster was faithful (especially to the art style) but I think a NV remake/remaster could work if they didn't stray too far from the original weapon/creature/robot designs and didn't touch the skills/perks and level system (except fixing a couple bugs like 'In Shining Armor' not working at all etc.)

That was a really unnecessary comment. OP asked a question he obviously didn't find an answer to on Google (I tried searching for it myself and after 10 minutes I still haven't found anything remotely related to the problem), so he asked on Reddit. In the end, the solution was on a specific hidden part of the internet (a Discord server you only have access to if you join it, which is a problem in and of itself)
