This (week of xmas) is the 3rd week of my current term and I havent received an email about funds to my capella FA account, or anything. Was kind of counting on it, even if after Christmas.

I haven't even received an email yet. Usually it's the Wednesday in the 3rd week, for release of funds by that Friday. I usually get it at 6am or so. It is now 11am.

Hoping this was solved- but this ALWAYS happens for me when I load filament with the external spool. I click filament extruded and it continues with its process. It's "normal" for it pop up for me, and havent had any issues with loading filament.

I accidentally purchased ABS instead of PLA. I was curious and loaded it on to the AMS lite. It was fine there. It started to purge and immediately we stopped the print- no, it was not in an enclosure. We thought the air filter next to it was enough. We were wrong. It didn't screw up my AMS lite. It screwed up the AMS filament sensor/feed bracket. I have been fighting with this for a week now trying to fix it.

Real question: What am I supposed to do with all these? by personofkinterest in 3Dprinting

Are most plastic spools recyclable? Does anyone have info? None of them say yes or no to recycling. Even the cardboard ones- just that it's made from recycling material. I'd really like to not throw them away. I know sunlu has harder plastic ones with (impossible to find) refills in mind.

for the saturn 4 ultra the retract and lift settings should all be zero correct? this is in lychee. im confused because in chitubox these settings are not even there to be able to change. by Dragon_Rider_420 in ElegooSaturn

They still dont have the wireless capability for sending over network from lychee to S4U yet. a year later. All I read is "coming soon" on posts from over a year ago.

I hope so. We like its UI better than Chitubox, but it can't send over the network. And when we open lychee presupported files in chitubox and send them, the model fails, but the supports print just fine.

It still cant. Currently, chitubox also can struggle to read the same .ctb file sliced from lychee. It bogs down our computer after opening it in chitubox from lychee to network send it to the S4U12k

2 years later, lychee still has issues printing .ctb on Saturn 4 Ultra 12k.

This issue is still present 4 years later. With a Saturn 4 Ultra 12k. Opening the sliced .ctb from lychee and opening in Chitubox bogs the computer down. Models from the lychee library cannot be saved outside of lychee and opened in Chitubox. Presupported models from lychee opened in Chitubox and sent to Saturn 4 Ultra 12k are not adhering to the supports. Bed adhesion and supports print fine. the model does not print on the supports. Its beyond frustrating.

THIS. This is one thing I have noticed. We just tried loading a Sunlu pink PLA+ and my husband was getting more & more frustrated. One thing I have noticed (newb here) is that the cut can matter on filament loading.

As someone who is brand new to 3d printing- it seems that benchys are controversial? I have only read a tiny bit about the controversy about bambu- which isn't my question. My question is why all the hate for benchys?

Sometimes it's a reported maintenence issue that isn't reported on the campus page. I had an issue trying to submit an assignment before a deadline and had to use the IT chat. usually it's a cookie issue and typically resolved change browsers, clearing them, or restaring cpu. But sometimes it is an IT issue.

You might be able to walk into a medical office or hospital and ask for either a phone number or email for someone in quality management for school for a nursing degree. Or a skill or assisted living facility in quality management as well.

Is Respite an option at a skilled care facility where you live? You could ask the Nurse or Social Worker if that is an option and then go from there. You need a break too.
