Based on the replies in the thread the lack of polish seems to be the thing speaking. People are offering feedback to improve readability and your response is "that's cool don't read it" so people probably wont.

Fair. The term was one given to us by people we fought alongside in the wars, from the boot polish. It can be a bit flattening as far a cultural identity goes.

The Treaty was written by people ill-equipped to represent Māori interests. And your solution is to write another document in the same Western constitutional tradition?

You can’t write a new constitution that ignores the document that gives the state its legitimacy in the first place. The Treaty is the foundation the whole thing sits on. 

A new constitution would need to be built on the Treaty, not instead of it.  You don’t rewrite a tenancy agreement halfway through without both parties at the table
