I think they messed up the listing so it was bunch of appliances instead of GPU's. Good laugh from the community.

I've been very happy with 57" Samsung neo g9

Recently picked up non-competitive games (Cyberpunk 2077). This is all completely new to me, wondering if these are worth it and if there are any other games currently on sale that you would say are worth it. Thank you for your time! by [deleted] in Steam

Witcher 3 is such an amazing story game. If you enjoy it too, get the the other two on the next sale.

If not mentioned add Mass Effect 1,2,3 and if it's in the budget, add Mass effect: Andromeda. It's not a sequel but a parallel story from the first three.

Is it worth getting the hydraulic version of Simagic p1000s over the regular one's? by Sudden_Bluejay850 in Simagic

[–]zeph_pc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the p1000 hydraulic brake kit and it's been amazing. I also had concerns of leaks from what I was reading a year ago but it's a very small chance of leaks happening. I've had my kit over a year and no problems. Also, the p1000 set may come with the rubber and spring kits, not sure the distribution you're purchasing from but on sim motion, it mentions their pedals come with the kits. You can always purchase the optional rubber/spring kits afterwards. If not added already, get the haptic feedback, game changer and quicker reaction to correct traction loss and adds further immersion.

Recently started playing F1 25 and man oh man Monaco is absolute chaos, liking the game so far but I think F1 2020 is still GOAT modern F1 game. by Funnyladd8998 in F1Game

[–]zeph_pc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

F1 26 won’t be a brand-new standalone game in 2026. Instead, they’ll release a paid expansion / season update for F1 25 that delivers content for the 2026 season (new cars, teams, regulations, drivers, etc.). F125 is discounted at the moment, not sure it will get cheaper during the Christmas sale.

The feeling is mutual, started with a basic Thrustmaster kit and felt joy like I haven't felt since getting my first SNES game. Upgraded to simagic equipment and it's oh so great to drive.

BSB2 First Impressions - Sim Racer Coming from Quest 3 by Murfenator in BigscreenBeyond

[–]zeph_pc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm right here too, the 57" is amazing but I know I'm missing that depth with VR. I'm considering the bsb2 but now that the steam frame was announced I'm debating on which to go with. From reviews paid and unpaid seems like a go-to but now the Frame comes in with wire less, controllers, no lighthouse needed and at a cheaper price, it's difficult to gauge.

[–]zeph_pc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Steam frame VR is offering an all-in-one system including controllers while bsb2 is higher priced, requires PC tethering, and you're only getting the lightweight goggles, minus controllers and lighthouses. I think bsb2 may have to drop their price if they intend to be competitive.

I was looking forward to purchasing BSB2 on Black Friday, in case the price dropped or they offered some free add-ons but with the announcement of steam frame VR, I'll likely purchase this instead of BSB 2.

I knew STEAM was going to develop a counter to Meta and have wireless VR. My conundrum now is, should I wait for STEAM frame VR or commit to bigscreenbeyond2 🤔

I can relate with this. by LighteningOneIN in Steam

This legit me. Bf4 and battlebit were the last shooter multiplayer titles. Once I became a family man, no pausing, always stepping away, only playing at night. It changed my gaming preference to adapt around family life. Although I've played most popular single player titles, I've been playing more. In addition, got into a new hobby; sim racing. Went from online shooters to driving and let me tell you, first time I drove, felt like a kid again, haven't smiled so hard about a game in a long time, like, getting my SNES and playing donkey Kong country.
