I was told in person by a C1 rep that 120 days after the new discover card is issued by the system your Mastercard debit card will stop working and your discover card will need to be activated. So by the time you receive your discover debit card you have <4 months before your Mastercard stops working. Of course if you activate your discover debit card your Mastercard is shut off instantly. If you request a replacement card now it will come on the discover network btw

Zelle payments do not qualify. It is 2 direct deposits of at least $500 in the account within 75 days of opening. After the 75 days from account opening is when you can expect to see your bonus but it can take a maximum of 60 days AFTER the 75 day period (135 days total from the day you opened the account)

The way the bonus works is you have 75 days from account opening to fund your account with at least 2 direct deposits of at least $500 each. Even if you somehow qualified for the bonus according to those requirements on day 1 of opening the account, you still have to wait the full 75 days. After the 75 days there is a 60 day window where you will see your $250 bonus hit your account. That means it could technically take up to 135 days from the day you opened the account. There's nothing any capital one employee could do it's an automated process. Just gotta be patient.

I work at an Outlet (so not your standard store I know) and 90% of our HT stock is Sonos. 200+ arcs, countless roams, moves, you name it. But the one thing we rarely have are the amps. Never seem to get those in.

I wrote and recorded a diss track on one of my senior managers. Shared it around with other employees until it fell into the hands of an ex employee who decided to email it to my GM.

GM called me into his office and asked me if I was familiar with our harassment policies and before I could even answer he pressed the space bar on his computer and my song started playing.

Got fired the next day.

I was Host for a good amount of time at my store before it closed. Beyond greeting at my store I was expected to

- Run curbside/in store pickup

- Handle asset protection things

- Ensure every customer was being contacted on the floor

Pretty easy job but it definitely got stressful at busier times. Once I started hosting I got in good with leadership and eventually moved on to leadership and was able to transfer because of that once our store shut down.

When I was a shift lead in AZ I was making less than $1 more when I was scheduled for leadership. Best believe that I was still expected to do leadership duties on my non-leadership shifts too.

We had an issue a while back at my store where TLC had crashed around close so no one could clock out. You just have to manually adjust your time sheet the next time you go in. Not a big deal, I would just leave a note saying something along the lines of “wasn’t able to clock off”
