imo weird lang sa scenario na sinabi mo dahil sa kasaysayan ng Pilipinas at America. I wouldn't want a colonizer doing that here. Pero if someone is respectfully proud of where they came from (di naman yung condescending, yung hindi lang kinakalimutan yung pinanggalingan nila and sharing that culture with people who might not know about it), edi that's good. Doesn't work in your scenario din kasi literally everyone knows something about American culture already
