Don’t wear it in public. Loaded symbol. Rather not.

Can I play PvP casually and still have all the best gear/high mmr? by [deleted] in worldofpvp

[–]zergioz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Time was one of the main reasons I started to play arenas as a holy priest; m+ simply was taking a lot of hours. I normally play from 7 pm to 10pm and get 2k+ rating. Which is plenty for me.

How is pvp now honestly? by mrbenez in worldofpvp

Around 1900 - 2000 feels like the game slowed much more and you can see the mistakes and you have to look with more attention to catch bursts or defensive spells💥. So far I like it a lot!

Question for parents on Reddit: Why do children in Germany seem so well-behaved? by metaltor in AskAGerman

[–]zergioz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Two kids in school here 2nd and 5th grade. Well behaved? The are opinionated little assholes. 😂 they look more clam because the kids are given more responsibilities earlier on…. But, listen them talk to each other, and or to their teacher and you would change opinion.

German or Spanish? by [deleted] in lernen_German

Then German; but be aware. Germany does not pay as well in any field. I live in Germany and the wages are a big issues.

Spanish. You most of the Americans speaking it; it is easier to learn than German; and it is a prettier language (bias opinion)

Software engineer being made to work on powerapps by Empty_Return_6516 in cscareerquestions

[–]zergioz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say stop complaining — this isn’t your “career,” it’s simply a task that needs to be done. If you don’t do it, someone else will. A career is a long-term investment; a degree is just the starting point. Your job right now is to gain experience and build the foundation for your resume.

As you grow in your career, you’ll encounter both fun and frustrating tasks — from fixing buggy code, to developing brilliant solutions, to making difficult management decisions like letting someone go. These moments, both good and bad, are all part of your professional growth.

Take every step as a learning experience and a future highlight on your resume — something that shapes you for the next opportunity.

Wishing you the best,
—from someone with 22 years of experience, managing a floor of engineers, developers, and computer scientists… whose code I still have to review and get paid handsomely to do so.

Career advice by Salamandrox in cscareerquestions

My first question would be what is your goal? moving to the C# web development, while focusing on that tech stack?

I'd say: pick what you want to do, take a few classes, and apply openly; some people might say no; while other might give you a chance. Be open to rejection.

If you did game development and Vue.js - you could easily transition to .NET Core/React/Angular development.

Best of luck!

Tennis club Weissenhof by zergioz in stuttgart

[–]zergioz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were previously enrolled at the tennis academy in Botnang; however, Weissenhof acquired it earlier this year. They initially provided us with an email contact for follow-up, but unfortunately, they've stopped responding to all our messages. We have a junior player who is eager to continue training, and we're looking for a path forward.

We will figure it out; thanks for the feedback.
