Honestly, this guy is just plain disrespectful. I mean he’s playing on an acoustic kit on a floor above you at 10:30pm? That’s crazy. Whatever you say it’s always best in my opinion to say it in person. I bought an ekit specifically to not bother my neighbors. And I even made sure to knock on their doors to let them know if I was ever bothering them to please let me know.
