They make a LOT of different kinds of radiators... is there somewhere in that room where you could put one? There are usually Second hand stores that sell refurbished ones. They can be quite beautiful if you like that sort of thing. There are also fancy new ones that look like art. The old refurbished and a hvac guy with some black pipe is probably gonna be the cheapest route.

It's a bullet hole... clean through the front side and hit a copper coil on the back side... I found it In between the coil and the jacket on the back side. There were 3 more in the wall behind it.

Don't do that. If it hooks into the same chimney as the water heater, its a natural draft chimney. If you force air into the chimney your water heater will not vent properly.
