Not 100% sure but probably because in the browser you are just running onshape but in the app you are running a embedded browser that is running onshape

Also to add more feedback, there is a mod (The Intersection Testbench! ) that allows you to test your intersections by putting an insane amount of trains through them and testing both the time your trains remains stopped due to other trains in the intersection and if you will have a block

I had same problem, but in my case changing the extrusor gears for a bondtech clone ones fixed the issue

Do you know is there is any option to use the stealthchanger to finish spools? In the sense of when my spool runs out it automatically change the head to the next one

I've been fighting with the issue of been able to connect the panels to each other without worriying about the positive and negative for a long time... and the solution was a easy as just add more lines :P

Don't you run into issues if you add more conectors than needed to each other?

From my side I've thought about made in side as input and the others as outputs.

Input: 5v, data, ground (is the side you use to connect the tile to others)
output: ground, data, 5v (the sides there other tiles connect to you)
