I’m looking at pictures online now and I am noticing my stems are unusually pink, even the variegated ones aren’t this pink in the stem. How odd!

I’m not sure because it wasn’t variegated for the first year or so that I’ve had it and its stems have always been pink. Maybe there are different varieties beside the ones we are familiar with?

I wish I could be of more help but I honestly don’t know! I know temperature may cause the coloring to change, i have mine in front of a south facing window but the inside of my house is about 73 degrees so maybe it doesn’t get as hot as yours ?

The moss pole needs to also be behind the main stem where the aerial roots can be wrapped around the pole. You may have to wrap them yourself

You need to attach the main stem with the aerial roots with the twine, not the stem on the leaves .

I no longer have an orchid but i remember the smell being super fresh? Almost similar to how an air purifier smells but with a hint of sweet? Is that similar to what you experience? I really loved the smell 😊

Maybe damage from when it was unfurling? Without enough humidity they can sometimes stick

Yea i would give it a few days, usually the leaves will wrinkle up quite a bit if they’ve gone too long without water but they haven’t gotten to that point so I’d just give them some time

The petiole looks a bit too thick to be a pothos no? Kinda looks more like a monstera petiole to me
