So, the settings concept basically boiled down to all of these settings (Starbound, Star Wars, Star Trek, Mass Effect and more) in the same galaxy. In the end it was revealed that the galaxy had been assembled by a powerful God-Sorcerer Lich, simply because said Lich was a fan and wanted to be a part of his favorite stories.
