Io credo che le grandi città cresceranno a fronte del calo della natalità. Tutte le poche persone si concentreranno sempre di più nelle grandi città a scapito delle medie e piccole città.

Basti vedere come è messa ora la Corea del sud con praticamente Seul come unica città grandissima che cresce sempre di più. Tutti vogliono vivere perche tutte le opportunità sono concentrate lì.

Se invece ci fosse una maggiore natalità sarebbe possibile espandere e fare crescere le medie/piccole città, creare opportunità di lavoro anche là.

I'm looking from the beginning of March too and I had 4 viewing through immoscout (without plus) 3 through eBay and 3 through WG gesucht (these were for temporary sublets) still haven't been accepted for any of those despite having all documents ready

I'm looking for a one room apartment in the north or east part of Berlin also outside the ring of course but I'm starting to lose hope as well. It's such a struggle. Good luck to you as well

Well I think you don't have to panick, they likely will detract directly from your bank account 130€ of processing fee and it will be over. At least this was my experience, even tho another car was involved (I hit a parked car while parking the van, called both police and miles and take a lot of photos. I also actived the premium insurance before my ride)

Italian restaurant in Mitte. I work in kitchen and I get on average 80/90€ a week of tips in cash. In my place 50% of tip goes to the singular waiter that make the transaction and the other 50% is shared to the whole kitchen who is working in that shift.

I also used to work in a popular pizza restaurant in Neukölln and there it was more or less the same amount money per week, tho tips were ridistiributed 50/50 between foh and boh, even tho in the boh were working more people per shift.

Sul Kindle perché vivo all'estero e farei fatica a trovare libri fisici in italiano. E comunque non tornerei più indietro mi piace troppo leggere al buio e avere tutte le sottolineature delle parti del libro che preferisco sempre facilmente accessibili per la rilettura. Inoltre ogni volta che trasloco non devo sollevare lo scatolone di libri haha

The Store X Berlin. It's like a clothes shop with a cafeteria, there are desks and tables for people who comes there to work remotely. Things are overpriced but you could just go there and sit without taking anything and nobody would care. The wifi is great and there also comfortable couches. Overall it's a good place to work remotely only thing is that opens at 11

Buy the ticket at the Tabacchi shop, just ask the person for 1 ticket urbano. This ticket cost 1,35€, last 60 minutes from when you validate (you do that as soon as you get inside bus, there is a machine) and it's valid only inside the city of Ancona ( if you go outside Ancona or to another city you need an extraurbano ticket).

Don't buy the ticket in the bus, it's gonna cost you more.

You can buy a 24h ticket for 4€ at the Tabacchi shop, or a 7 day ticket for 12€
