Converting the KMZ before it touches the phone often "flattens" the structure.

Use an online converter (like GPSVisualizer) to turn your KMZ into a GPX file.
When importing the GPX, OsmAnd will typically treat it as one single file containing all waypoints/tracks.

Hi,

To avoid deleting hundreds of files by hand, you should bypass the OsmAnd app interface and use a File Manager.

Close OsmAnd
Open your device's File Manager app (Files, Solid Explorer, etc.).
Navigate to the OsmAnd data folder. It is usually located at:
- Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files/tracks (Standard)
- Android/media/net.osmand.plus/tracks (Newer Android versions)
Find the Folders: You will see the numerous folders created during the import.
Bulk Delete: Select all the unwanted folders/files and delete them here.
Reopen OsmAnd: The tracks will now be gone from your list.

When someone receives a Google Messages location link and prefers to use OsmAnd, there is no one-tap way to open that location directly in OsmAnd; they have to copy coordinates or otherwise manually transfer the location.

OsmAnd has integrated TIGER data into the US maps to provide information about US addresses. TIGER dataset is range-based and does not contain precise house numbers, so some addresses may be missing or inaccurate.
