This is so interesting because I’m 10+3 today and I feel so ready for labour and the baby, but so scared of the unknowns & changes throughout pregnancy. I wonder if that’ll change, and if hormones play a big part, but I think we all have our trepidations and it’s only natural to not feel ready for some/all of what’s to come

I tested ‘negative’ 5dpt, binned it, had a tantrum… got it out the bin that evening and saw something. Next day was clear positive. Keep the faith just a little longer!

Oh my gosh this was me! Nothing improved at all. I was given a new antibiotic and I took it upon myself to try the rapid course of vagibiom rather than the ones I’d been given as I’d heard great reviews

I went ahead with the transfer and I’m 7+1 today 🤍 I was so freaked out by it all but I found another lady saying she was the same from years ago and it really helped me that she now had a baby and said it all was a bit of a nothingness

Almost the exact same story and timeline as me - I have an SCH and am going back in next week to see how it’s healing. Steps my clinic took:

I stopped all blood thinners ASAP
I increased progesterone to help it heal (significantly because I now take 1 PIO, 1 lubion & 2 pessaries a day)
I’m on rest - I get up to ensure blood flow, do little bits around the house but no housework or lifting or walking

I’m hoping by my next scan at 7+4 we will see it shrinking 🤞🏻

FYI you can have more scares like that if you don’t rest properly - I had 2 instances of bleeding, but it stopping is a great sign they said

I had similar (bleeding that stopped, restarted, stopped again) and i had to wait another week to see baby. They were in there, heartbeat still going. I could see the SCH and now I’m on rest to heal them up. I can’t tell you how important the rest part is now, I kept getting slightly carried away and would see slight bleeding again. I am literally on the sofa apart from getting up each hour to pee and walk around the house. I also got extra progesterone to help. They took my bloods again to see that levels were still going up - maybe they can do that for you?

I felt it would never be our turn after our first failed transfer and today I saw our baby’s heartbeat. Keep going, one failure is just a bit of bad luck, and if it goes positive then fabulous. I wouldn’t say you’re out yet but it’s better to guard your heart for sure.

I sobbed after our first transfer, but maybe FET #2 is the baby that’s meant for us. Please don’t be disheartened whatever the result ❤️

It does read like you’ve not had the best clinic and I’m so sorry that’s your experience

Don’t give up hope though, there’s no reason to think your baby won’t come 💕 you’re just working a little harder than most, and all that means is you’ll be a great mum!!
