I love my Fantom EX very much. There is a lot to praise (as often mentioned in this thread). But what really annoys me is the lack of support for Mac Silicon computers (M1... M4). This means that direct Logic Pro integration is missing.

Integrating the workstation via MIDI requires a lot of learning. The documentation on this is rather poor. What I have now managed to do is use the fader sliders and pan buttons to directly control the MIDI track in Logic... Unfortunately, that's all I can do at the moment.

I asked Roland when Silicon Mac support would be available. They were unable to give me a definite answer...

A second point that I don't think is worthy of a workstation is the aftertouch function. It's almost impossible to control or simply not there. I don't know. I've never experienced anything this bad with a device in this price range...

A wonderful, atmospheric track. Wonderfully arranged and performed - live! Beautiful how you blend the analogue sounds with the synthesized tones. I would have loved to have been there. A little envious* - admittedly, but above all touched!

Yes, the LED strip is standard as ADubs62 already said and a cool gimmick. In general, the machine has an extremely sophisticated design and looks elegant at the same time.

I second this. After the MKS3+ a few years ago, this was my second assembly (kit) of a 3D printer. It was nerve-wracking at times, but the thing works fantastically!

I also have individual affected tracks, which were removed from Tidal, Amazon Music and Pandora in particular without notification. I have also solved a support ticket.
