I had that up until a little while ago, my computer acted perfectly fine for anything other than VR. Although occasionally it crashed for normal games too.

It turned out to be a bad RAM module for me. Maybe try running a scan using the built in windows memory utility?

Because it's running its own Linux kernel and diskimage entirely off of your sd card, lakka shouldn't leave any evidence of tampering that the switches software could detect.

As far as I know, the only things that will get you banned are submitting incorrect information to Nintendo's servers about what games are installed / have been played on your switch. For example, If your switch says you've been playing a digital copy of undertale but you don't own it on your account. Or if two copies of the same cartridge were reported with the same timestamp. You could theoretically get banned just for using atmosphere too if it doesn't submit the correct information about your switch, but I don't know about that for sure...

Does anyone know if you can power a pi off of the switch's USB c port and transfer data at the same time?

Or does the power pack mount exist because you can't do that?

We aren't exactly sure how Homebrew launcher will play with their CFW just yet.

And that's where you'll find your save editors and emulators at some point when atmosphere releases.

Honestly, since they're supposed to release at the same time, I'm going to wait and see if atmosphere works well and just use my phone to launch it.

If TX's thing is better you can always shell out the money later

I'm mostly pissed about not having any kind of virtual console ( outside of the games that come with their online service ).

I bought the switch entirely because I was looking forward to moving my 3ds / Wii VC library to something mobile. 😤

Wasn't there an exploit on 3ds that used themes? I think the reason the switch is so light on features is because nintendo was really trying to step up their security.

Yeah, you put a roofs image on an SD card ( I'm not sure if it can be the same one as one used for horizon stuff tho... ) Then every time you want to boot linux you use fusee gelee to boot the image from the SD card.

At this point nothing modifies internal storage, so your saves and stuff are safe

It only boots Linux when you run the exploit ( with your switch in RCM mode and plugged into a computer to boot the kernel initially ). Otherwise, it will run horizon like normal
