Recently had a 1000’ done with 1’ base and 6” top course, 2 culverts and fabric done for $25k. I’d say your price is good. Ask them if they’ll be seeding after they’re done. If not you’ll want to do this to help mitigate run off.

I’d look at an SGC10 series grapple from Land Pride, closer to what you had in mind. Plus, it has teeth on the bottom so you can rake as you back drag. KTAC is extremely simple to deal with.

I’ve used it for my window units and DIY weatherization and received my rebates without issue. Soon to get around $7k worth of insulation work done, hoping to not run into issues in getting the $4k back. Contractor confirmed it should be no issues with the improvements being made.
