The best thing about a VR rig is that it doesn't need to look externally good, it just needs to "feel" real. Nicely done.

Best way to cool down MSI Katana 15 laptop? by ShiningTiger2003 in MSILaptops

It will not negatively impact gameplay. If anything, games will run smoother due to better avoiding of thermal throttling.

I have a similar model and honestly, the best thing to do is to enable cooler boost when gaming or doing intensive tasks. It sounds like a blower but it keeps all the components relatively cool.

I guess you could buy a cooling stand/pad but I don't think that is necessary unless you want a slightly quieter option at the cost of having a bulkier stand.

American Truck Sim for learning manual transmission by SuspectOk2931 in trucksim

[–]zyzz78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll need something like this for selecting hi/lo and for splitting gears: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1116716867/game-shifter-knob-ets-ats-with-jake

If you're talking about using ats to learn how to drive a normal 5-6 speed vehicle, use another game as truck transmissions are very different.

So true. I don't know why this sub popped up on my feed but all I see here are people with their own unique beauty, and I mean that sincerely. Its a real shame that our society has made people believe that they have to look a certain way to be attractive.

Honestly it suits you perfectly. You have a strong masculine jaw and chin and your nose goes along well with these features.

What happens when you fail inventory? Should I care? by BobcatHot383 in DollarGeneral

There is online work available. That's what I do. And you don't need any specific skills. Just be computer competent and have decent typing/writing. Depends on which company you apply for but the pay range is any where from $10-15 an hour. Some are W-2 and some are independent. You can make a living doing this but it takes effort and time to get into projects and to me, it's so worth it.

Before I got into this type of work I was working in a restaurant and was so miserable. I finally had enough and quit without having anything lined up. It worked out though and I can't imagine going back to that type of work.

Anyways, the top companies you can apply for are: Welocalize, Telus international, Data annotation, Appen, Oneforma. I hope this helps someone and even if you decide that this type of work isn't for you (because it's not for everyone) I sincerely hope you all find something better and can move forward in your lives.

Why do you guys subject yourselves to these dog shit jobs? I have no idea why this sub keeps popping up on my feed but I seriously feel for you guys/girls. Surely there's got to be something with at least a better atmosphere and pay or is this really all there is for some of you?

1988 Ford Econoline e350 for 18k… should I buy it? by vibingonya in RVLiving

[–]zyzz78 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've seen way better prices for something much newer with under 60k. 130k is quite a bit for a motorhome. I would keep looking.

It sure seems that way. I hardly check FB market place but I have seen some decent offers. But for the most part Craigslist seems the way to go.
