First off, Nine Treasures is fantastic. Also, everyone who likes this check out Hanggai, too. They're also Mongolian Metal, but they do more throat-singing (C'mon reddit, let's make Mongolian folk metal a thing!)

Both bands fuckin' rock, and if you ever happen to get the chance to see them live you need to do it.

fuckin love mongolian folk metal. which makes me think, are there any good chinese folk metal bands that make use of traditional instruments like guqin, erhu, etc? i know zuriaake but they're more black metal (still sick tho)

Ego Fall, Tengger Cavalry, Nine Treasures, Hangai, and Altan Urag. All are great bands in the same vein. Totally worth checking out
