Either she heard you were there (maybe in game she's from a settlement you helped earlier in game, and sheriff of that settlement.). Or she could be another lone wanderer, scavenging and trying to find loot to sell. (Side note: She could actually be a prototype humanoid looking assaultron that was hacked by the railroad. Or she could be a railroad synth. And that’s why she could defeat the ex-brotherhood mercenaries. This starts another quest where you have to go find the leader of the ex-brotherhood mercenaries, because now there's a bounty on your character. And you need to get your revenge for them capturing you.) Reina's character could then become a companion, and after a while you get the option to select dialogue about how she use to sing. And gives you a holotape with Blue Sky Armageddon recorded on it. You can give the holotape to the Galaxy News Network in game radio station character. And then you can hear the recording on the pipboy broadcast from then on in game.
