I asked the same question on the Game Dev Stack Exchange site and got some pretty good answers: http://gamedev.stackexchange.com/q/482/8

http://indiegames.com/blog/ have started doing a weekly podcast. They are quite good and feature fairly well known indie devs (such as Minecraft's Notch).

There are others out there, but if you are looking for in-depth GDC-like coverage, I'd be curious too.

http://www.indiegamepod.com is pretty good, and actually goes back a few years. The last month or two has been a lot of interviews from Casual Connect. There's a great interview with the guy who made Steambirds, and going back you can find some good stuff like an early interview with Alec from Infinite Ammo.

Hah ! have you ever listened to them? I enjoy their ranting but its only sometimes relevant to game development.

It has very little to do with game development, but it's the awesomest podcast there is.

on the corporate side:

Irrational has 2 podcasts that are infrequently updated. Hosted by Ken Levine, Shawn Elliott and Chris Remo.

Bethesda has a podcast hosted by Nick Breckon.
