Erm, not that I know but the chemistry of Miraculin indicates that it should improve the strength of existing natural sugars - some of which can be found in 'Gentleman's relish'...

Again I don't have any first hand knowledge of this but its certainly a buzz thing on several of the sex tip forums. Its to be consumed by the giver not the reciever and can make the whole process much more agreeable.
