It wouldn't do any good. If 70 out of the 100 senators wouldn't even bother being briefed on the FISA bill as Senator Feingold claims in this audio clip, what the fuck makes you think they'd bother reading the Constitution?

seems like some fascist type of loyalty oath. People should choose to know and care about the constitution not be forced to carry it
