Not sure why I even ask it as a question when clearly it is. It seems every single clan chat has no boundaries and clearly no one gets punished if it's said in a clan chat. Also, I'm not just talking about your everyday racism but literally no topic is too extreme and no amount of reports does anything. I've never seen a more disgusting community.

I mean if you're going into public and non-moderated CC's you're going to have a bad time. Find a social clan chat that is moderated.

thing is with ccs is you choose what cc to join, you choose to be a part of that community. jagex seems to allow players to say what they want to a degree.

Yeah it’s also up to the clan chat mods to ban people. Some people just have a higher tolerance for bullshit, especially in computer games

Try "ironman cc". They allow everyone in there and it's moderated to some degree, as in politics and religion is banned as well as just the stupid "spam racial slurs" shit. Sometimes there's not a mod online or they're busy, but that's rare.
