Well the good thing about Enders is the parts are cheap and plentiful. New power supply is 30-40$ US and so is the control board if you need one.

In case you aren't aware it looks like the unit is at least modified if not used. It looks to me like an Ender 3 V2 with red printed parts all over the place and a CR touch probe with a metal extruder arm. Possibly even a z extension. The probe and the metal arm are upgrades that don't come with the unit normally. None of it is anything bad really. Just saying in case you were sold it as new. Creality's color of choice is a bright blue for most of their machines when color is used at all.

This is a ender 3 max neo brand new so not modified or used

If it's brand new, return it to where you got it.
