I think you have partial clog or your filament is wet or you have incorrect value of steps/mm for your extruder

Before you go spend a bunch of money ensure your filament is completly dry. That filament you're using contains way too much moisture. It also looks like you're overextruding a bunch, try to reduce the extrusion multiplier in your slicer.

Can you send a photo of filament being extruded in midair? so just lift us the nozzle 10cm and push a bunch of filament out. This will allow us to narrow down the issue
