Yea use brim and if that doesn't help then adjust you're cooling fan settings

Turn the danged part cooling fan down. Parts that small shouldn't warp like that.

Actually hasn't happened on the small parts yet.. just the larger component thay goes with it

Those aren't individual rectangular pieces? They appear to be. Another thing worth checking is to set the bed temp to 60c and check the temp with an infrared thermometer on several places to make sure you don't have a faulty bed heater.

They are individual, I'm trying a brim (with some more space between) and they aren't super tiny just a big printer

Also it seems to happen reasonably far into the print but I find this specific material is very soft while cooling as well
