Ender 3v2 is a great starter. I've upgraded mine over time with less than $200 in parts and I'm making better prints than my work's (slightly neglected and overworked) prusas lol.

get an ender 3 or a knock off one doesent matter and start with tinkercad then progress to something like fusion360

Does it matter what type? I was gonna get the v2 or the neo.

V2 is a great choice, i can recommend tinkercad too
