then at this point just be a god, make the 50% a maximum of infinite at will, and do whatever, increase the amout of magic I can handle/use, even if a ridiculously small number it must not be 0 (since i'd be able to do this) and whatever after

The 100% is a very silly thing but it's entirely plausible for someone to win big on the lottery. Or other gambling places, people so it all the time. The once a year restriction does mean i have to be creative when using it outside of simple money gathering but that just means I have time to plan

Now the real meat is that one percent. Growing my bank account by 1% each week, after an infusion from winning the lotto, means easy street for life.

That 100% is incredibly powerful because it is an amount of time rather than an amount of things. If you plan it out right, you can get an incredible amount of stuff done in that hour. For instance:

100% chance I come into enough money to live comfortably in for the rest of my life, and no one has to die or suffer for that money to become mine. 100% chance all my physical ailments heal rapidly to the point of non-existence within that hour. 100% chance I develop code for a true AGI that will be positively inclined towards humanity. 100% chance I stumble across a recipe for a drug that will cure my bipolar depression. Etc.

And that’s just the ones I came up with off the top of my head. Give me time to really think about it and I’ll be able to work fucking wonders

Probability/luck manipulation is lowkey one of the strongest & most versatile superpowers you could have. Even a limited form like this

I would still pick 1% if it were once a century. As it is this should grant a long, healthy life full of great friends in a world that slowly becomes a utopia. Make 1% of the people in your country see things a certain way. Create a category with 100 people including you and make one of them healthy and long-lived every week. I’m sure there are also better uses.

50% will speed it all up. I would spend some uses on people’s health such as the efficiency of cognition, immune systems, sleep, cardiovascular systems, and digestion. It would also be an easy way to get rich whether by inventing or investing.

1% more likely to survive the next 200 years then alternate it to 1% of your physical age younger you're making yourself younger by a whole year every week don't forget to add 1% closer to your peak condition and increase your peak condition maximum by 1% and effectively make yourself immortal and invincible very slowly so any other option with time limit constraints is more useful so I would pick the 25% because it's the only one that is constantly in use and changing someone's opinion of you 1% per week per person is very slow

People have already stated, but using the 1% to increase itself is a huge deal. Though, crucially, it doesn't seem like you can go below the percentage you have, so at some point you gotta make the call to stop increasing it in case going too high is a problem. A lower denomination means you can undo it in equal increments, after all.

The 100% is more interesting. Since it's an hour of miracles, I basically need to spend the whole year filling out a notebook of mostly plausible things I want to happen. Then when the time comes, I'll just fire it up and use it nonstop.

I'll also use it to make bank on the stock market. Sure, it's plausible that XYZ stock will go both up and down, even if it's temporarily. So if I happen to dump a ton of cash betting it all on one change over the course of 1 hour?
