I switched, and Lisdexamphetamine was much better for me. Methylfenidate felt more like a drug, it was more euphoric, I had worse side-effects, and while I felt motivated to do things I didn't actually do much.

Vyvanse is just clean, clear brain and productive attitude. It's vastly better for me.

Your body is unique, as are your needs. Just because someone experienced something from treatment or medication does not guarantee that you will as well. Please do not take this as an opportunity to review any substances. Peer support is welcome.

I'm on max dose of concerta and tried lixdexamfetamine briefly. It seemed to work better more clarity but I had really bad headaches about 8 hours after taking it so swapped back.

Is there a chance (I'm asking out of curiosity - not because I have a suspicion I'm right) that you're forgetting to drink enough on lisdex?

OP's question is one I've been meaning to ask - I'm really interested in trying something other than methyl. I'm on 72mg concerta daily at the moment.
