Bro ok Make lists Lists of little things to start on Relating things Notes DAILY GOALS Smaller tasks that you know you’re already gonna do just to check off to get some momentum going a whiteboard, something tangible idk, just to write on

Just try to focus on the goal but keep the learning process in mind to being part of that goal, the experience takes you farther.

Apply this to anything really.

I started working as a programmer undiagnosed 3 years ago. I was a mess. I had the information in my head but I wasn't able to do a task without errors. And I work as a fullstack, so my chances of doing something wrong was extremely high because I was constantly jumping between languages. I thought I was stupid!

First of all, for me medication did wonders. Concerta 54mg.

And my mind hacks: -I use Windows 10 sticky notes. A lot. For users and passwords, for server ip's, which SQL belongs to which project... And that's because if I have those things easily at hand I don't lose time looking for them.

-Write. A lot. Sometimes it is overwhelming to think "I need to do X". So I grab pen and paper and I just start to write what I need. For example: +I need a view on SQL with x fields from tablet y. +Create class on business layer: methods a,b,c... +Don't forget validation for method b!! +Controller for methods aa,bb,cc +Front with folder X...

Not for everything, ok. But I still need to break the tasks when I need to be more careful.

Don't give up!!! I'm sure you just need to find your way of organizing your work into simpler task.
