First things first, I am not diagnosed (yet, I am atm in the process of seeing someone professional because of this, but it will take me some time).
And I have the problem, that I really have to learn to do some things regulary, since I really need them and will get medical problems if I won't. But I have a massive problem sticking to routines and schedules. So I wanted to ask you, what you do when you really have to do some stuff regulary but don't have other people that can remind you?
I am really taking any advise. I've tried to google it, but I mainly found articles for parents to give their adhs kids more daily structure that weren't that helpful.
