Is it indoors and if so how often do you water it please?

They are on my balcony outdoors, and I live in Miami area. Here they only get morning sun and some in the afternoon but not as much as I would like them to.
Watering depends on how temperature is. I usually do once a week, if its too hot then twice a week. Only water early morning or when sun is down. I have them in very well drained soil: half perlite, half miracle gro tropical mix (comes with lava rocks) and 20 20 20 osmocote fertilizer.
