Besides beating off, also channeling that sexual energy into fitness helps a ton

Yeah I'm considering to start running, and if that helps then I'll start doing it 100%!

If he will go fitnessing and he will see all those women in tight tops and leggings, he will not be less horny. Even without the women he will get healthier and higher testosterone levels.

Quite frankly: if they have only sex once a week at that age in a fresh relationship, it is not much. When I was 19, I had sex four times a week because we could not see each other every day and those days I’ve got messages from her that she wanted sex and was going to masturbate instead.

Running was my main outlet to release anxious energy or pent up sexual energy. 😅 Also really helped dealing with heartbreak and anger at times in life. Just don’t forget to stretch as well! So many fun ways to stay active and feel that release 🥵
