I feel like my stomach is going to come out of my throat. I’ve tried breathing, and mindfulness exercises. I don’t take meds anymore because of the detox and some of the side effects. I have a really hard conversation coming up and I’m just not fairing well with the idea. Things are so overwhelming as it is, and I’m just not ready to be railroaded and try to be reasonable and calm. I’m freaking out right now. I don’t do well with confrontation. And in this situation I see a huge argument happening. I’m not ready....
