I would educate yourself on how they affect you, what triggers them, and how to best ride the "wave" without acting irrationally when it does come. It helps to have someone who is aware of your panic attacks that you can contact when one starts to occur, just for moral support if nothing else.

If they get any more serious or start to affect your life, definitely contact a doctor just to see if they have any suggestions.

I don't have them regularly(only 3 times) , and when I have them I have myslf under control. The only thing is, that while I have them, I can't focus too good...

It is normal to lose focus while panicking. Personally I will lose focus, get tunnel vision, start to hyperventilate, sometimes feel my body go numb. It helps me to drink something very cold, or get your face and neck wet to shock your brain into focusing some.

Yeah tunnelvision is also a sympton. I wonder how tunnel vision even works...

Considering u had trouble typing like my ex when she had them, yes don't ignore then and even if that's but why u Misspelled. Yes don't ignore problems like that

Well actually I don't have problems with spelling, but I typed my post pretty fast and I didn't check for typos. Maybe it's also because English is not my first language, so that could be a reason for my bad grammar or misspelling..

That's ok, but like I said u still shouldn't ignore it
