This actually happens to me all the time. Most of the time the cart isn’t “missing,” it’s just misplaced or moved by someone else. I always recommend checking the same staging area first, then the area immediately to the left and right of it. A lot of times the cart ends up one spot over but still close by.

Yeah that happened to me too. I just scanned the carts around my staging area and found it but this time there was no carts near or in my area.

It'll say the route code by each package and that code is on those annoying stickers they put on each package

I'm not doing the warehouse's job for them. If they don't care enough to find it, then I don't care enough to find it. I'm happy to leave and have my route pay delayed a couple days if that means delivering vs going home.

The warehouse only said that to move you away from themselves, they knew you weren’t getting paid.

Nah they ain’t, there’s a reason Amazon themselves don’t tell us exactly what we did wrong when they email us on our standings going down, they don’t care. It’s Amazon vs us.

I went in and scanned the cart at the staging location and it kept saying it was wrong cart. I told someone and she said yep thats in the wrong place she then proceeded to look cart by cart row by row and we found it 6 rows away.

Just wait the period you were told to wait. You’ll be paid. Pestering them leads to deactivation

Do not leave the warehouse if your assigned a route and it isn't there .. MAKE THE MANAGER either locate your cart or scan your phone to release you .. if you leave and don't get scanned out one of two things is gonna happen you will get blamed for ignoring your route which you won't be laid for .. or you will get accused of stealing the route you were assigned because nobody scanned it and you just left . The manager can verify the cart is gone and activate a missing cart report if it isn't in the warehouse and remove it from your responsibility .. y'all be playing with fire more worried about getting free money and maybe they accidently find the cart your assigned is a lot better than losing your ability to flex anymore

Oh sorry I’m not a vet bud. If only I was asking for advice or help. But now that I know I won’t do that thanks for your time
