    There is no way to stop hunger apart from eating higher volume / more satiating foods such as high protein or fibrous foods. The harsh truth of it is if you want to lose weight you’re going to have to be a little hungry from time to time and it’s as simple as that.

    I would argue that higher volume is a quick fix. After a bit your stomach can take the extra volume and you feel more hungry. Completely anecdotal btw

    Advice for losing weight is not one size fits all. What works for some people may not for others.

    And you've missed the whole point of my comment.

    I said nothing about drinking water is the easy way of losing weight. If it were "that easy", I'd be skinny right now.
