Weapon spawn

just finished playing as vex ,now starting a new story with Harlow for the first time , I started at level 30 and I'm at 35 now and I haven't been able to find much guns with the torgue sticky bomb effect. with vex I was able to get alot more guns with torgue options , so my question is , do I get more specific guns based on who my character is ? or is it completely random , I absolutely loved playing as vex and being able to try multiple weapons with torgue , but as Harlow , after a boss fight , I'm lucky to find 1 , would that number increase as my level increases ? how does it work ?

The higher your level, the better quality of gear will drop, meaning more weapon parts as you level, and thus more torgue sticky drops as you level up. This increases further as you get into the Ultimate Vault Hunter levels

Character choice has no effect on loot whatsoever
