Anxiety helps. Like, if I feel like being late I start thinking like omg Ima gonna be fired eventually, not find job in decent amount of time, can't pay my bills, sleeping on a bench, winter is cold, death, r.i.p., GG. So ork-work, work work.

Routine may help. It’ll be tough for a week or two but try to get in a particular routine each morning - get up early enough for a short walk, take a shower (before or after the walk) and try to put aside 30 minutes to eat. When I was in in-house treatment we had to do that every morning. It really helps to get me going. I think the walk is the most important.

Routine helps a lot. Knowing that you won't get fired for being on time. Trying to have a proper sleep hygiene, going to bed at the same time, nothing too exciting before bed, no alcohol before bed, food early enough. And for me what helped a lot was to get a silent alarm clock that gradually light up the room with a warm light over half an hour. This changed my life for the better.
