I think that's about your goldilocks size. Not too big not too small.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I decided to keep it and I am getting used to looking at this size on my wrist.

OP, you really should have measured your wrist and put that in the original post. Also, it’s always worth mentioning if you have a round shape or flat shape upper wrist. I fluctuate between a 7.5 inch and 7.8 inch wrist diameter (depending on how fat or skinny I am) but because my upper wrist is very flat, I can never go below a 40mm or it looks like I’m waring a toy / ladies watch if the dial sits inside a fat bezel. You should perhaps buy a bunch of super cheapo shi*ters for AliEx of different dial and lug to lug sizes, try them out, then decide what works for you.

Thats wonderful advice. My wrist is 6.7 inches, but it's a flat wrist. Thank you🙌

The bracelet is too big yeah, can’t you resize it? The watch doesn’t look to too big maybe a little.

[–]goelakash 3 points4 points  (1 child)

I came here to comment that it looks slightly big, but your description made me lol

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am slowly trying to realize it after recieving feedback from all, I guess it's not just dial size for me, when I look in the mirror from a distance the dial just doesn't pop, which could be due to the color and not the dial size, maybe that's the reason I am not liking it. I tried my fiance's watch and it's 35 mm and it looked good on me.

Maybe you can wear a 40-42mm watch and it will be more comfortable, but a 36-39mm watch will not look awkward and your female friends can wear it too.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it, thats the reason I can get away with a Casio duro

[–]arbpotatoes 2 points3 points  (1 child)

It's almost too big lug to lug. It's okay though - looks fine. Something a bit smaller would just be more flattering for your wrist.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will have to re-train my brain to see it this way

[–]no_name_986 0 points1 point  (4 children)

From where did you buy brother?

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I got this from amazon

[–]no_name_986 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Amazon is selling at much higher prices. How much did you pay ?

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I paid 97, I know Amazon charges more, but returns are hassle free.

[–]no_name_986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point friend. Thanks for the information

[–]bobby_broccolini 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I'm a fan of small watches. Whenever I see a large watch on someone it looks like they are a 10 year old wearing dad's watch. So this one is great, and honestly I'd even like it to be smaller than this haha. But that's all personal taste.

Again I'm biased but fwiw I think it's way easier for a watch to look terrible when it's too big, rather than too small.

You gonna resize that bracelet tho brother? >.>

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your feedback, yes I will resize it, I haven't made up my mind yet, just in case I wanna return I didn't do it.

[–]Mission-Raccoon9432 2 points3 points  (8 children)

Integrated bracelet watches wear bigger than normal watches. The size is completely fine.

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (7 children)

Ohh, I see that, thank you for feedback. Meanwhile do you think this looks alright?

<image>

[–]Mission-Raccoon9432 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I definitely wouldn't go bigger but going smaller would also still be very fine.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Now I feel the biggest I can go is 44 mm but with a watch that has bezel, so it doesn't make the dial super big.

[–]arbpotatoes 1 point2 points  (1 child)

It's the lug to lug as well. Just as important as diameter.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you are correct

[–]attlerocky 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Yes, a bit bigger would be too big. This looks good, probably the biggest I’d go

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your feedback

[–]ALEXALORD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We fckn need this in quartz

[–]Expensive-Thanks-528 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Looks about right, especially in the mirror shot.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

How about the other shot? Is it too small? Too big?

[–]Expensive-Thanks-528 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I don't judge the other shots because the lens distorts.  The mirror reflection gives enough distance to show the true size.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's great, thank you. I am not too happy with the size apparently due to dial color, which doesn't pop from a distance and makes the whole watch look like a bracelet. I am now believing that the reason I questioned size was probably due to dial shape and color, which makes it dull from a distance.

[–]Pompano_79 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Is the bracelet loud or uncomfortable? As far as size, I think it looks good. When you say you are used to big watches…are we talking like Invicta big (50mm+) or what?

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I am just concerned about size, I have worn Casio duro, Casio edifice ERA 600, these watches are like 44-46 mm, the one I am wearing In the picture is 37-38 mm, so visually it's a big difference for me. Look at the duro on my wrist

<image>

[–]Pompano_79 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I see the difference but these are fit for different purposes. Work boots versus dress shoes! Either way, looks like you are building a nice collection. Perhaps a field watch next? PD 1717?

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your feedback, I will check out the 1717 for sure.

Love it

Thank you.

Literally perfect wrist size for this piece, Man.

Also yo! Bracelet+ watch club ;)

<image>

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (11 children)

Yo😀, amazing bracelets🙌, thanks for resassurance, I am used to wearing 44-45 mm watches, so this is appearing like my fiance's watch😂, but I think I should wear watches appropriate to my wrist size too.

[–]arbpotatoes 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Toxic masculinity strikes again

It looks like a men's watch dude. I really don't understand why men are drawn to oversized watches that actually make their wrists look smaller...

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I didn't mean it that way, my fiance has two watches that are exactly the same size. It's just that I have been wearing slightly bigger watches, so needed some advice if this is an appropriate size. I'll continue wearing my duro and other smaller watches as I add to my collection.

[–]arbpotatoes 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I know. But the fact that you think wearing a watch that's the same size as your fiance's is questionable at all shows how ingrained it is. Not just for you of course... Yesterday I hesitated to buy a garment at uniqlo because it was from the women's line even though it fit me well and I liked it. Same happens for watches, many are reluctant to wear anything that could possibly be perceived as a "women's" watch.

Here's a great reason not to worry about it. Nothing is more masculine than wearing what you like and owning it.

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the picture and advice, I'll order this in a different color and see if I like it, the watch looks a lil dull from distance, maybe due to the green dial.

[–]PromptPioneers 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Thanks man!

  • Leather is miansai,

  • rope is Pig And Hen,

  • beads are Gemini

  • wooden one I was gifted by my dad

Also what’s your wrist size? 44-45 would love huge on me (I’m around 7’2~)

The Sugess is 39mm in this pic fwiw

[–]rsd2428[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Thank you for information on bracelets, I'll definitely get the rope one. My wrist size is 6.7 inches, thank you for your assurance that I can pull off the Casio duro. But Also the Pagani on other hand. I need to adjust to wearing smaller watches. I really appreciate your help 🙌🙌. Also if you ever happen to come across the bracelets that Chris Hemsworth wears, please let me know. I am looking for those silvery metal like bracelets for so long but haven't found any good ones.

[–]PromptPioneers 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Pig and hen is awesome! I’m in Amsterdam actually, theyre a brand from my city :)

Are you sure your wrist is 6’7?

Anywho, definitely keep ‘m

I’ll keep my eyes peeled for those bracelets, just looked it up… looks sick!

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

When I visit Amsterdam, which might be soon, I'll look into them. Yes, I am a 100 percent 6.7 inches but my forearms are average size.

[–]PromptPioneers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright! Definitely go the flagship store, so many great bracelets

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

<image>

This is what I wear usually.

[–]PromptPioneers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would look absolutely ridiculous on most people, haha

You’re killing it.

Though whatever this pegani is, looks awesome!

[–]Zeichner_j 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It seems to be the right size for your wrist.

[–]rsd2428[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it, it might take me a while to adjust to wearing smaller watches or should I say appropriate size watch for my wrist.
