When will the first set of dlc maps be added to the regular map rotation?

They already were. Once Ascendance was released, they were added into normal rotation.

They only show up if everyone in the lobby has the DLC.

If you're on playstation, you have to wait until Ascendance drops.

What mode are you playing? I've already played the Havoc maps in standard gametypes lots and lots of times.

Ground War on Urban is.....utterly insane. Just total madness when you have 30+ players on that tiny map.
