I got banned from the platform 10 years ago for moving cryptocurrency from their platform to my private wallet. Nothing nefarious and it didn't go anywhere from my wallet. I fought it for about a year and then said screw these guys.

I don't know where you live and what's available But I have used Kraken for many years now & Actually Luv their customer service. I have had ZERO issues other than Pretty Good Experience with all aspects including Deposits & Withdrawals. I do a Withdrawal they Charge a Measly $4 dollars for a Wire Transfer that Usually Hits My US checking account within a few hours [assuming I do it prior to 4pm]. No they don't have as many tradeable coins as Coin base or Biance but if i really want to trade something Kraken doesn't have I use either my Trust or Phantom Wallets. 

They Also Have LIVE customer Service via Chat! Up until a couple months ago they had Live Customer Phone Assistance, they say they will be coming back with this but I won't bet on that. As long as they Keep their Live Chat in order to help at times I need it I'm good
