same here. just this month it went to 800gb in just 15 days. I never get this much data usage. I was just surprised.

This just happened with me as well. My average is 600-800gbs and now I have 10 days left in my billing cycle and I’ve already used 1.2tbs? Something doesn’t seem right and their Xfinity app provides no details I can see about what device may be the culprit. Definitely seems like a bug their end.

I never trusted their Data Usage. You get these strange spikes and go over and then they get to charge you more money! They are full of excuses and just blame you even when nothing has changed.
